It is my pleasure to introduce to you The New Life Theological Seminary and The Williams-Clemon-Davis Bible College. This Bible institute was born out of a dream to provide quality Christian education to church leaders and workers who have a hunger for the knowledge of God and a burning desire to study the Word of God; but are unable to attend a quality Bible College. So many people are unable to leave their ministry, home, job and family in order to attend a seminary or college on campus. Even more cannot afford the high cost of a quality traditional Christian education.
I feel that the New Life Theological Seminary have put together a very comprehensive Christian educational program that is both challenging, informative and inspirational. Through our “Home Studies” and our “Classroom Studies” programs, you will be able to obtain an affordable quality Christian education toward an accredited academic degree.
The New Life Theological Seminary and The Williams-Clemon-Davis Bible College is not simply a diploma mills. Our degree programs will require a lot of work; however, the courses are designed for the average person to be able to complete them without too much difficulty.
As you look through this catalogue you will find that our tuition is very low compared to traditional colleges and seminaries that can charge as much as $135.00 per credit hour. Our calling from the Lord Jesus Christ is to make our program affordable for everyone within the body of Christ who truly desires a sound Christian education.

Accreditation
New Life Theological Seminary and The Williams-Clemon-Davis Bible College applied for and received academic accreditation in 2002 through the Accrediting Commission International (ACI), Beebe, Arkansas, by Dr. John Sheely; President. ACI is the fastest growing accrediting commission in the world and accreditation is granted only after an on site visit to verify the validity of the school and its program. ACI holds as its primary objective the encouragement and maintenance of sound scholarship and the highest academic achievement in the areas of private education.

Dr. Richard A. Copeland is the founder and chancellor of The New Life Theological Seminary and The Williams-Clemon-Davis Bible College. Dr. Copeland earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in counseling from the South Carolina State University; his Bachelor of Theology, Masters of Theology and Doctor of Divinity from the Full Gospel Bible Institute; his Doctor of Religious Philosophy from the Clayton Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Religious Education from the Overcoming School of Religion.
Dr. Copeland also serves as the State Bishop for the South Carolina Diocese of the Church Of God In Christ, International, National Chairman of the Board Of Bishops, National Director Of Education of the Church Of God In Christ, International and President of the Home and Foreign Missions Department of the Church Of God In Christ, International. He is also the pastor and founder of the New Life Temple Church Of God In Christ, International in Orangeburg, South Carolina
